NO H1(must share visa copy both sides) Has a lot of coordination to do, creating a Governance policy, has to get a lot of buy in from business stakeholders o Onsite days: 2-3 days/week in an ideal world-- days are up to them Will be really based around the time they want to meet with others Interview Process: at least 2 rounds o Originally on MDM he had an FTE-- she was establishing a Data Governance policy for MDM (Customer, Supplier and Master Data Supersets)- #1 need right now Responsibility to establish the Governance policy o Who should be approving, reviewing credit check, hands on the keyboard and what is the criteria of the caps on the system, etc. o Leading the effort to do the MD Cleanup process-- 14 years of ERP creates a lot of inconsistency-- need to put together a plan of Master Data Cleansing o Establishing ongoing process in terms of how to maintain and enter new Master Data-- after go live how will this happen Tools: o Oracle Cloud experience-- CDM or Product Hub this would be huge Keywords: golang Maryland |
