Experience on supporting cloud/on-prem hosted applications. Participate in war rooms and work with teams for issue resolution & communications. Collaborate with IT teams on project issues and resolutions with primary focus on resolving technical issues impacting business. Host meetings with Project teams (engineering, TPM, Support) & leadership to track & coordinate project activities. Work with & L3 teams on daily incidents and close them as per SLAs. Support the leadership in driving key initiatives aligned to Enterprise and Business Unit objectives. Coordinate with Enterprise SRE/Service Management teams to ensure systems/services are thoroughly managed, maintained as per Optum enterprise standards. Provide direct support for OAH project activities, complex work requests and tasks from enterprise teams, and other technical requests. Uses advanced troubleshooting methodologies that provide efficient, effective resolution and minimize impact to the customer. Works independently and with a team.
