JOB DESCRIPTION

The Outcome
Architect possesses deep understanding of technical aspects of software
development; has strong organizational and communication skills to effectively
collaborate with customers/partners, business analysts, other project team
architects and work with developers & QA. In addition to other areas, the
architect will be at least 20% focused on supporting Team Charlie (Asset and
CMDB)-related strategy and technical leadership.

This will include a
review of key use cases around ITSM, compliance, and asset management with
identification of specific solutions that can leverage the CMDB to support
GeorgiaTech requirements for each area. The architect will be responsible for
creating design document, validating test plans in coordination with
GeorgiaTech SMEs, leading demonstrations and strategic efforts.

Takes responsibility
for designing and overseeing validity of the architectural solutions within a
single or across multiple domains by working closely with and coordinating
efforts of multiple project team architects.

Capable of
developing cross-domain integration designs according to existing leading
practices and establishing new architectural conventions.

Works with business
analysts and customers to determine scope and work out a high-level
architectural solution.

With a full product
vision in mind the Outcome Architect defines the technical strategy, identifies
internal and external technical dependencies and the order of task implementation.

Evaluates business
requirements from the technical standpoint, gathers technical information from
the customers and service providers to better fulfill both functional and
non-functional requirements. Provides technical trainings and presentations for
the project team and product stakeholders.

The Outcome
Architect will have at least 10 years experience in software delivery and
expertise in at least two of the following areas: SecOps, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, HAM.
The Outcome Architect will have good interpersonal skills along with strong
communications skills in verbal, written, and public speaking.

The role will have
at least 5 years of IT software consulting experience with 3- 5 years
experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow products.

They will be
experienced in many of the following:

Delivery of consulting services to
install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow

Conduct workshops
to articulate the value of the solution

Develop custom
software solutions as required through scripting and software development

Prepare technical
documentation as specified in customer agreements

Provide guidance
in setting up and configuration of customized probes, sensors and patterns, as
needed

Provide guidance
in setting up, configuring and code custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs

Provide guidance
to perform application mapping and strong understanding of the mapping process

Ability to setup
and configure impact analysis for what-if scenarios

Ability to articulate
a technology and business direction using ServiceNow
