| From: Syed Anwer, ConvexTech Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title : SAP Trainer (FTM) Location : Remote Duration : Contract client : CHS We are looking for a contract SAP (FTM) Trainer. The role will facilitate training development initiatives in support of the implementation of the new systems, processes, and solutions to ensure KPIs are met. This position will be instrumental in the design, development, and delivery of training for SAP and supporting solutions both onsite and remote. The ideal candidate is a training content designer and developer with demonstrated SAP Finance (FTM Module) skills. Past experience with SAP Central Finance/ finance and account experience will be a plus. You will be leading the effort to develop the content that that the end users will need, but not delivering the content itself. What Else Will You Do Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, users, subject matter experts, multiple levels of management and external vendors to achieve user adoption goals, as measured by performance targets, and support the Business Readiness vision, strategy, and processes. Collaborate with Organizational Change Management and Global Process teams in support of the end user community. Coordinate with stakeholders and super users regarding planning & developing training and delivering train-the-trainer education. Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills with the ability to develop and design training materials and act as a consultant between users and IT. Demonstrate SAP capabilities through face-to-face training workshops, online content, and training videos. Track and measure effectiveness for trainings and user communication on features and functions. Ability to be self-starting and self-motivated to become an expert in multiple areas of SAP initially; Finance to Manage (FTM). Follow standard training processes, acting on direction from a Senior Training Specialist and participate in continuous improvement efforts. Work closely with support team and handle incidents related to training or process. What Experience Should You Have 2 plus years of SAP experience in Training development and/or delivery.(FTM Module would be highly preferred) Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver technical education programs. Past experience with SAP Central Finance/ finance and account experience will be a plus. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Skype, SharePoint, Visio. Experience driving organizational change. Experience in the Energy or Agriculture Industry. (nice to have) Experience with one or more eLearning tools such as SAP Enable Now or Articulate Storyline/Rise.
