[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] ServiceNow GRC developer Remote Contract Job Description: Responsibilities: Implementing and delivering GRC technology services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management, and other risk management processes Lead discussions and workshops with clients to create a risk-aware culture through proper technology enablement of risk-related processes using ServiceNow GRC/ IRM solutions. Lead and/or support workshops to elicit customer requirements. Design and architect solutions to automate client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements. Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Provide technical guidance to project team on ServiceNow GRC/IRM concepts and best practices. Provide guidance and oversight to members of the development team as needed. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge and demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge. Remain current on new developments in GRC/IRM technology implementation services capabilities and industry knowledge. Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience with GRC/IRM Experience in the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/ IRM solutions. Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes. Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, technical designs, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing the necessary end-user training to deliver the proposed solution. Experience implementing and delivering GRC technology services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management, and other risk management processes. ServiceNow SecOps Lead Developer Remote Duration: 6 months 12 months Responsibilities: Lead customer consultation engagements, develop and oversee an Agile development team working with a Product Owner to translate user requirements for outcomes-based delivery. Work as a Trusted Advisory and be recognized as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow SecOps including but not limited to Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Configuration Compliance, Performance Analytics for SecOps, Event Management and DLP Incident Response Define and maintain product requirements for current delivery and future planned releases based on the Product roadmaps. Provide configuration compliance and design, service aware risk scoring, integration with controls baselines from GRC controls universe; setup views of configuration tests, security baselines, CIS benchmarks for servers and other assets, Remediation Status reporting, tracking against individual configuration tests, risk scoring calculations, remediation, and remediation status of failed test results. Manage ServiceNow implementation projects and oversee architectural design, while working directly with Cybersecurity Leadership, Technology Risk, IT, and business to ensure project delivery is on track which includes Agile User Stories, technical design, sprint sessions, testing, UAT and deployment processes. Conduct quarterly planning and program increment roadmaps including guidance to dev teams on ServiceNow configurations as well as Final QA reviews of all ServiceNow deliverables. Skill and Experience Requirement: Minimum five years of recent ServiceNow System Administration experience in design configuration, implementation, and administration. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Strong experience with List/Form/Navigation Updates, Workflows, Instance Patch Management, Creating Tables, Fields; experience with Agile software development and Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies. Demonstrated experience with industry standard ServiceNow data integrations with ServiceNow SecOps products (VR, CC, SIR, TI, DLP), Qualys, SIEM, CVE, Threat Intelligence, CMDB Highly desired certified ServiceNow Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist (CSA, CAD, CIS) as well as Industry Security CISM, CISSP, CRISC certifications ServiceNow Lead AIOPS developer. Contract Remote Required Qualifications: Must be ServiceNow CSA and CIS Event Management certified. Candidate must have experience on working in any of the leading AIOps tool available in market. Preferably ServiceNow, Moog Soft, Splunk etc. Must have experience in implementing event management solutions end to end. Must have experience in Event rule, alert rule, sub-flow creation. Must have experience in Assignment rules, RegEx. Should understand CI binding, correlation logic in ServiceNow. At least 2+ years' experience in ITOM module including ORCHESTRATION AUTOMATION. 4+ years of experience in development, implementation, and validation of different tools. Must have experience in understanding customer requirements on AIOps area. Experience to handle complex client and propose solutions on AIOps area. Must have experience with integration like plugins, SPOKEs etc. Must have experience with Flow creation or modification in ServiceNow. Must have Power Shell/Shell and Java Script knowledge for use cases development. Strong knowledge on Client algorithm. ITSM Modules, with scripting/business rules knowledge is a must. Service Mapping, Discovery and CMDB knowledge is a must. Preferred Qualifications: Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers Experience of working on Operational Intelligence/HLA in ServiceNow platform Experience in implementation, integration, and support of multiple Monitoring tools.
