Position: 100% Remote UX Designer with digital products Exp only USC AND GC Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Month Job Description. 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products. Experience with enterprise, B2B, SAAS is a plus. Lighthouse systems 80 tactical 20 strategic. more live work. more enterprise works. member/portal squad. 12 people currently will be about 17 once hiring done. excellent personality works well with others. Upbeat. Open to feedback. Must have excellent communication skills. Figma, Teams, Research: Evaluative testing, Concept Strategy, Low ego, team players, fun personality, doesnt take themselves too seriously. Very informal team, not too serious. Have to be open to feedback and willing to grow and learn. Self motivated learner. Small design team, not tightly specialized. Here is the ability to touch and play with a lot of different things. Need to be self managed, and quick mover. Strong communicator within departments. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products. Proficiency in visual design and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Experience participating in and facilitating user research initiatives using Userzoom or similar tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions. Familiarity with design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design principles. Ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency with Figma including auto layout is a plus. Experience with enterprise, B2B, SAAS is a plus.
