SQL & MS SQL Server, Strong follow-up and communication skills regarding the WMS users and the customer support desk. Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Note: This role is 40 hours per week, but part time work is also available for those who wish to work only evening and weekend shifts. Required Skills: Minimum of two years experience working in a warehouse management system environment (Koerber High Jump Warehouse Advantage is a plus). Demonstrated proficiency in cycle count process, order processing, print room operations, and the user support function. Must have strong, hands-on experience with SQL, preferably MS SQL Server Strong analytical skills with the ability to react quickly to issues arising from within the operations. Strong follow-up and communication skills regarding the WMS users and the customer support desk. Experience with business-critical applications. Experience within a similar warehouse environment would be a plus. Qualifications: IS Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Key Responsibilities: Creates new employee setups and modifies existing setups as needed. Researches database and other system issues. Monitors WMS system. Creates pick zones, dedicated and undedicated picks, location strategies, master strategies, replenishment picks, and off-linepicks. Supports all distribution center PCs, handheld devices, and printers. Monitors distribution centre processes to ensure inventory integrity. Configures packing slips and labels. Generates various reports. Learns and masters the WMS and its integration with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and contributes positively to its continual development. Assists and supports inventory control. Assists employees with troubleshooting WMS problems as they arise. Assists in evaluating best work practices and plans process improvements.
