Title:IT Infra Architect Location:Chicago, IL Duration: Contract Rate:$80/hr(C2C) Mandatory Skills:IT Infra monitoring , Cloud Platforms, Integration of On prem and Cloud Tools, CMDB, ITIL, ITSM function Job Description: Role Overview Senior IT infra Tools functional Consultant having experience in assess, design and implement enterprise scale IT infra tools solution, a self-driven individual who would be responsible for providing functional consulting in assessment of existing ITR infra tools environment while analyzing current operational processes; assessment & designing or redesigning of these processes to drive significant improvements in productivity, quality and service and working closely with business stakeholders and technical team to specify and deliver new/enhanced tooling technologies and processes to manage in Hybrid cloud environment. This role is responsible to assess current tools/processes/procedures on premise and identify gaps, determine what should be moved to azure native and identify integration point to be in hybrid environment Job Description: Overall 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management 8+ years of experience in architecting and implementation of IT Infra monitoring and management tools like Solarwinds, Nagios, SCOM, Appdynamics, Datadog, ELK, BigPanda , Servicenow, etc Good understanding of Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP and cloud native tools Experience in Integration of On prem and Cloud Tools Experience in working with CMDB Experience in Assessment of tools environment for gap analysis and provide recommendations to improve or modernize Implement/Standardize/Optimize ITIL Service Management processes and functions for a large customer environment where IT services may get offered by multiple service providers Plan end-to-end ITSM function cum process implementation considering various business and strategic scenarios Passion for analyzing problems designing creative solutions in the form of process design and automation, driving continuous performance improvement Thanks & Regards, Anubhav Jain IT Recruiter HMG America LLC [email protected] http://www.hmgamerica.com |
