Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products. Proficiency with Figma including auto layout is a plus. Healthcare experience would also be a big plus but is not a hard requirement Proficiency in visual design and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Experience participating in and facilitating user research initiatives using Userzoom or similar tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions. Familiarity with design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design principles. Ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. Experience with enterprise, B2B, SAAS is a plus.
