The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CX tools and telemetry dashboards, as well as experience with developing and maintaining large-scale software applications. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a CX tool that provides our customers with insights into their customer experience Develop and maintain a telemetry dashboard that provides real-time insights into the performance of our systems and applications Work with other engineers to design and implement new features and functionality for the CX tool and telemetry dashboard Ensure that the CX tool and telemetry dashboard are highly scalable and reliable Debug and troubleshoot problems with the CX tool and telemetry dashboard Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining large-scale software applications 2+ years of experience with CX tools and telemetry dashboards Strong understanding of software development principles and practices Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C# Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Bonus Points Experience with developing and maintaining user interfaces Experience with developing and maintaining APIs Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) Experience with test-driven development (TDD) Parameters Keywords: csharp continuous integration continuous deployment information technology |
