Working hours for this position are 8:00 - 4:30 or 8:30 - 5:00 Engagement will be extended. Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed. Looking for a contractor who has experience working with upper management and end users to understand data visualization needs and propose and build solutions in Tableau. The Tableau Specialist - under the direct supervision of a Court Executive of the Data Division - Trial Court Services or other designated TCS representative will be required to collaborate and provide technical expertise to TCS and assigned unit. Qualifications and Skills: - 4-year College degree or equivalent technical study Required - Experience and in-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools and architectures (strong Tableau experience) - Extensive experience interpreting functional needs - Extensive experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions with users and documenting requirements. - Business intelligence design of complex systems projects. - Extensive experience with Tableau design and development. - Ability to understand and analyze data to find patterns and provide valuable business insights. - Design dashboards and reports in Tableau with different data sources - AWS, DB2, SQL, etc. - Strong semantic design (like Universe, Tableau Data Source, QVD) and data modeling skills. - Experience with data warehousing tools and techniques (DataStage, ETL/Informatica/Tableau Prep etc.) - Understanding of the Data warehouse life cycle right from data source to ETL to transformations to multidimensional models like data marts, star schema and Reporting. - Strong consulting, leading and mentoring skills Skills are to include: 15+ Overall years' of professional experience in building BI and reporting solutions 15+ years' of experience and in-depth Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and architectures 5+ years' experience with Tableau design and development 5+ years' of experience in the BI design of complex systems projects Skill: Overall experience in IT industry Required 15 Years Experience with Tableau Design and Development Required 5 Years Experience and in-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools and architectures (Strong Tableau exp minimum 3 years) Required 15 Years Design dashboards and reports in Tableau with different data sources - DB2, SQL Required 3 Years Business intelligence design of complex systems projects Required 5 Years Understanding of the Data warehouse life cycle from data source to ETL to transformations to multidimensional models Required 3 Years Extensive experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions with users and documenting requirements Required 5 Years Ability to understand and analyze the data to find patterns and valuable business insights Required 5 Years Extensive experience interpreting functional needs Highly desired 7 Years 4-year college degree Required 4 Years The ideal candidate can: Interact with Business users and understand their requirements from a data analytics, visualization and UI/UX perspective. Understand and analyze the data to find patterns and valuable business insights Deliver dashboards to Business team in a timely manner Work hand-in-hand with developers that design and build data models and ETL processes Should have experience in creating and designing dashboards and reports in Tableau with different data sources - AWS, DB2, SQL, etc. Candidate should have experience in training and mentoring staff on using Tableau.
