Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow SecOps developer with a strong background in vulnerability management to join our security operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leveraging the ServiceNow platform to enhance our security operations, streamline vulnerability management processes, and ensure the ongoing security and integrity of our organization's IT environment. Responsibilities: ServiceNow Integration: Leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to implement and configure the platform for effective vulnerability management and incident response. Vulnerability Assessment: Perform regular scans and assessments of our IT infrastructure, networks, and applications using ServiceNow SecOps capabilities. Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows within ServiceNow to facilitate the identification, assessment, and remediation of security vulnerabilities. Incident Response Integration: Collaborate with the incident response team to ensure seamless integration between vulnerability management and incident response processes. Patch Management: Utilize ServiceNow to coordinate and track the patching and remediation of identified vulnerabilities across all relevant systems and applications. Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports within ServiceNow to provide real-time visibility into the status of vulnerabilities and remediation efforts. Security Documentation: Maintain documentation of processes, policies, and procedures related to ServiceNow SecOps and vulnerability management. Training and Awareness: Provide training and support to other team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow SecOps best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in ServiceNow SecOps and vulnerability management. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's security operations and vulnerability response capabilities. Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards (e.g., CVE, CVSS, OWASP). Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and best practices. Understanding of network and application security principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus. Skills: ServiceNow SecOps configuration and administration. Vulnerability assessment and scanning. Workflow automation within ServiceNow. Incident response coordination. Patch management using ServiceNow. Reporting and analytics within the ServiceNow platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
