| Role: ServiceNow QA Engineer Location: San Deigo, CA / San Jose, CA ( On Site ) Duration: Long Term Interview: Video Job Description: 10 years of experience 4-6 Years of experience with the ServiceNow suite of applications as well as ServiceNow QA experience Responsible for system integration testing of newly developed or enhanced applications Analyze Release Notes for 10 patches and 2 major upgrades annually to understand the impacts to the implemented functionality Understand business user stories / requirements to provide the testing to cover defined acceptance criteria. Create and maintain manual test scripts for all ServiceNow platform functionality: mapping the tests to requirements, ensuring coverage meets or exceeds defined targets. Build and maintain automated tests for testing of platform functionality via ServiceNow ATF framework 3+ years of implementing ATF (Automated Test Framework) experience and setting up test scripts with ServiceNow Analyze test results and identify defects and work with Developers to remediate them Report on test coverage and automation percentages on a weekly basis to leadership and progress towards defined targets Ability to work as a technical professional on an Agile development team to deliver high-quality working software on a timely basis Please let me know if you have any questions.
