Your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce, Agile expertise, and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements. Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities and best practices. Work closely with Agile development teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of Salesforce projects. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups to provide insights and guidance. Conduct user training and support to ensure a smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions. Continuously improve and optimize processes to enhance project efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Technology, etc.). Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience. Agile methodology expertise with a certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
