Responsibilities: This role is geared towards more of a Business Analyst rather than a Technical Analyst. The role is responsible for overseeing the development, testing and support of the Integrations between the various (30+) XXX Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) & Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Workday Financials Strong knowledge of and familiarity with the following Transaction and Master Data is critical in this role: Customer Master Data Sales Item Master Data Customer Invoice and Invoice Adjustment Transaction Data Supplier Master Data Purchase Item Master Data Supplier Invoice and Invoice Adjustment Transaction Data Purchase Requisition Data Purchase Order Data Purchase Receipt Data Strong knowledge of and familiarity with the Workday Web Services associated with the Transaction and Master Data objects referenced above is critical in this role Familiarity with Salesforce and the maintenance of Master Data mapping in Salesforce is critical for this role. XXX uses Salesforce to maintain the Cross Reference Mapping tables for all of the Master Data mapping maintained between Workday and the WMS / TMS systems. Knowledge of basic SQL skills is important for this role. Basic to moderate knowledge of Mulesoft is highly desirable for this role. XXXX uses Mulesoft as the middleware for all of the Integrations between Workday and the WMS / TMS systems. Mulesoft contains all of the logic necessary to support the Integrations and generates all of the Integration files that are consumed by Workday. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with both technical and functional resources is critical for the successful execution of the duties of this role.
