Job Role End User Hardware Engineer Location Chicago, IL Position Contract Job Description Years of Related Experience 3 years of progressively responsible work experience specifically in Enterprise Endpoint Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and/or AV Solutions. 3+ years of experience with integrating multiple complex solutions into one standard enterprise solution. Knowledge, Skills and abilities (Required) Working knowledge of: Teams Admin Center Teams Room Pro Management Portal VMWare Workspace ONE Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) Primary component functionality and interoperability of AV Equipment, laptops, desktops, displays, printers, etc. TPM BIOS/UEFI Active Directory Group Policy Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication at the appropriate level. Teamwork - Works well in a collaborative setting, acting as a positive team member by contributing to discussions, developing, and maintaining both formal and informal relationships enterprise-wide, defines success in terms of the entire team through mentoring and knowledge transfer.
