Ability to create and maintain learning and performance support deliverables. Ability to set up and moderate various learning technologies; i.e. Web conferencing, collaboration tools, LMS. Ability to plan, organize, and report on work to meet commitments. Ability to work in a matrixed team and drive engagement with other team members. Proficient use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to apply different learning delivery methods, i.e., facilitation, coaching & feedback. Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep initiatives on track to achieve outcomes. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to use project management tools and methods.
