| PERFORMANCE TESTER with Azure DevOps Client :- Con Edison Local to NYC - Hybrid Location: ( 4 Irving Plaza New York) Type : 6 months Visa :- Only USC AND GC $50 C2C (per hour max) Video Hybrid Schedule 3 days onsite per week Role & Responsibilities Performance Testing Planning and Strategy: o Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance testing objectives and requirements. o Develop a comprehensive performance testing strategy and plan. Performance Test Design o Design and create performance test scenarios based on application requirements and usage patterns. o Determine the appropriate load levels, concurrency, and transaction volumes for different test scenarios. o Develop test scripts and define workload models for performance tests. Test Environment Setup o Configure and set up the performance testing environment to accurately simulate production conditions. o Ensure hardware, software, network configurations, and other resources meet the performance testing requirements. Collaboration and Communication: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, system administrators, and project managers to ensure a holistic approach to performance testing. o Effectively communicate performance test plans, progress, issues, and results to stakeholders. Tools and Technologies: o Utilize appropriate performance testing tools and technologies (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) to conduct tests effectively. Performance Tuning and Optimization: o Provide recommendations for performance improvements based on test results and analysis. o Collaborate with development teams to optimize code and system performance. Security and Compliance: o Ensure that performance testing activities comply with security and privacy standards. o Collaborate with security teams to identify and report any security vulnerabilities discovered during performance testing. Documentation: o Maintain detailed documentation of performance testing processes, test scenarios, test scripts, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
