Although ServiceNow is preferred, the top 2 criteria are 1) Strong PPM experience with processes and tools (can be PlanView, Rally, Jira, Atlassian, Clarity etc.) and 2) Strong PM to lead program including executive communications, OOTB delivery, mix of traditional waterfall and Agile).
