Work with business, sales, and technology teams to help define our product vision and bring it to life. Successful PMs must be passionate about their role and driven to make a difference. Need to take deep knowledge of product, client needs, and the industry. Skills & Experience 1 Between 8 to 10 years of overall experience in business analysis 2 A proven ability to develop detailed user requirements, using different methodologies to gather inputs from a varied user community 3 Experience with Agile and SCRUM approach to software development 4 Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to present to and convince C-level executives and customers. 5 Analytical skills to research, summarize, and organize user business requirements 6 Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives 7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships 8 Experience with JIRA or similar tools 9 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 10 Occasional travel to on-site meetings, conferences, client events, etc. 11 Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Product Development preferred 12 Experience with SaaS delivery platforms preferred Responsibilities: 1 Directly interact with internal and external customers to identify, understand, and validate problem opportunities 2 Research and work with internal and external users to understand needs and motivations, translating them into appropriately detailed product requirements. 3 Work with customers and potential customers to gather feedback on how to improve and extend our solutions 4 Use industry knowledge and analysis to identify innovative features not necessarily identified by our users 5 Collaborate with a strong development team to help facilitate rapid development according to accepted plans and requirements 6 Conduct interviews with stakeholders to help support product roadmap development 7 Work with other Product Directors and Managers to identify and prioritize cross-team dependencies 8 Work with technology, data, and solution providers in support of product development 9 Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing 10 Support Development Team with identification, validation, and resolution of bugs 11 Conduct market needs evaluation, product research, and competitive analysis in depth. -- Keywords: cprogramm information technology |
