Required Skill: 8+ Years of experience in Maintaining the three environments (Dev, Test, Production) of ServiceNow for Admin, including configurations, changes, system updates promotions, clon ing, and security. Create, maintain, and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integration and 3rd party integrations to the ServiceNow platform. Including automation and/or additional self-service features and functions. Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance. utilize ServiceNow toolset to enhance workflow for process automation. Support the overall incident, problem and change management processes for Admin. Onboard additional agencies and expansion of IT Self-Service Portal functionality.
