Collaborate with offshore team to get the deliverables created. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. Identify areas of business growth within the account. Understand data needs, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, customer requirements and potential business implications. Garner a thorough understanding of customer requirements and potential business implications and Ability to provide business insights. Manage the end-to-end process set-up by applying best practices. Construct workflow Proven experience in prioritizing and delegating work to meet deadlines, objectives, and quality metrics. Drive decision making process amongst key stakeholders. Develop customized analytical reports to cater to the client requests. Ability to collaborate customer to understand business requirements and translate that in actionable plan. Effectively communicate project details to clients and internal delivery team via written documents and presentations Build Analytics ready data sets with common view of the patient across Hub, Specialty, Adherence & Copay programs! Must Have Skills: Data management Experience in Commercial Pharma (Specialty Pharmacy Data Experience preferred) Experience in executing analytics projects in patient analytics, commercial analytics or marketing (Hands on) Data & Scenario Modeling experience Working with secondary data sources such IQVIA LAAD data, SHS claims data doing Patient Level analytics. Data IKU & Alteryx Experience Expert Knowledge SQL Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate -Advance Level) Should Have Pharma Commercial / Analytics Experience Good Project Management Skills, Strong Communication, and stakeholder management skills Analytical thinker - Technically Sound (Good problem-solving abilities) Good working Knowledge SQL (Snowflake) Knowledge of existing PSS Business Rules Ability to build analytics ready data sets that can be used by business users Good to have Sales Operations Experience in a Pharma company or a consulting firm Mahith Kumar | Tekgence Inc.
