Our client is looking to bring in an SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management.

This candidate must have the following experience and skills:

Working experience in SAP Trade promotion management.

Demonstrated knowledge in interface/middleware set up between SAP CRM and S4 Hana.

Should have replication of business object, customizing object and condition object from S4 to SAP CRM.

Good understanding of master data object related to SAP TPM business process.

Strong SAP CRM middleware troubleshooting, and middleware customizing & enhancing experience is required.

Strong SAP CRM Middleware expertise in defining publication and subscription of site, business object, perform initial and delta download to SAP CRM.

Knowing of SAP TPM technical objects/tables would be key with functional knowledge of Retail industry.

Good exposure to promo planning/queries/ CBP to support the TPM process.

Strong support/implementation experience in SAP CRM.

Ability to perform Order creation through CRM, Service Issue and Credit/Debit/ Return.

Very good understanding of CRM and Sales & Distribution integration as well as integration to other systems like Gateway, BW, SMTP.

Good hands-on experience in CRM Web UI, BOL & GENIL Programming, ABAP One Order concept, AET, User Exits and BADIs implementation.

Experience in ABAP Interfaces, web services and Middleware.

Ability to learn on the fly and comprehend how application code interacts with database layers, interfaces and ability to consult with various application development teams.

Exceptional trouble-shooting skills and ability to research analyze and provide solutions for complex functional and technical issues.

Support key business process owners and business leads.

Leading work on critical issues impacting business working with other modules and other application teams including SAP.

Coordinate with business process owners/SMEs for support and development activities.

Ability to communicate and collaborate for requirement gathering, creating/updating technical specifications and documentation.

Support end users for functionality related issues and access requests.

Ability to support application testing activities.

Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.

NICE TO HAVE EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred, University degree or an equivalent technical/IT education.

At least 4+ years of experience.

Relevant SAP certifications are a bonus.
