This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring MDG applications, and ensuring data consistency, quality, and compliance across the organization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for master data management. Design SAP MDG solutions that align with business objectives. Configure and customize SAP MDG applications to meet specific business needs, including data models, workflows, data validation rules, and UI enhancements. Integrate SAP MDG with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and consistency. Define data governance policies and standards, establish data ownership, and enforce data quality rules to maintain high-quality master data. Create and maintain documentation for MDG configurations, data models, and governance processes. Ensure that master data management processes adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as GDPR or industry-specific data regulations. Requirements: 8+ years in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) implementations and configurations. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and associated technologies. Strong knowledge of SAP data models, data dictionary, and SAP data structures. Expertise in SAP MDG data modeling, workflows, and data governance principles.
