Position Name: Business Analyst Job ID- HBITS-05-13048 Location Albany New York (day 1 onsite) Duration: 30 Months 70 months experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements using recognized business analysis methodologies (e.g. business process flows, fit-gaps analysis, functional designs, etc.). 24 months experience in using and administering Sharepoint or other document version control sites. 70 months experience documenting the as-is and to-be states of the business process or function by using flow charts, process models, functional requirements, use cases and interface designs 24 months experience using Team Foundation Server or other SDLC tools to facilitate creation, analysis, and planning of change requests and bugs. 70 months experience organizing in-person or WebEx Joint Application Development sessions: collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. 70 months experience designing and performing tests to ensure that the implemented functionality meets the required specifications. Design experience to include developing the test scenarios, scripts and data. A Masters degree 24 months experience using HTML/WSIWYG editors to create and maintain mockups 70 months experience creating and modifying prototypes and wireframes 70 months experience creating well-written, unambiguous, logical and clear business documentation.
