The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in implementing and managing IBM Security Identity Manager to oversee user provisioning, access management, and identity governance. IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) - 8 years of experience is required. The candidate must be proficient in IBM Security Access Manager to manage authentication, authorization, and secure user access to applications and resources. IBM Security Directory Server (LDAP) - 8 years of experience is required. The candidate should have deep knowledge of IBM Security Directory Server (LDAP) to maintain directory services for identity and access management. Software Development with Java - 5 years of experience is required. The candidate must be skilled in Java development to create custom solutions and integrations within the IAM environment. Preferred Skills: Experience Administering and Supporting an IAM System Built on IBM Software - 5 years of experience is preferred. Candidates with prior experience in administering and supporting an IAM system based on IBM software will be given preference. Experience with Red Hat Linux - 5 years of experience is preferred. Familiarity with Red Hat Linux is desirable for system configuration and maintenance. Previous Experience with Git - 2 years of experience is preferred. Candidates with prior experience in version control using Git are preferred. Previous State Experience - 1 year of previous state experience is preferred. Candidates with prior experience in state-level projects are desirable. Previous Experience with Jira - 1 year of experience is preferred. Candidates with experience using Jira for project management and issue tracking are preferred.
