Title: ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM Duration: 6 months Location: Remote Skills: ServiceNow Business Analysis ServiceNow ITAM - hardware asset mgmt ServiceNow IT Operations Management ServiceNow ITOM Discovery ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Responsibilities Lead the hardware asset data and Lifecyle program and assessment of current landscape, Suggest roadmap and improvements, Gap analysis Lead the collection, synthesis, analysis, and documentation of existing hardware data and business processes and design of new asset model and data requirements.
