To be able to perform upgrades, Service packs, Patches and Hotfixes Handling of all the creation, cloning, deletion, splitting of BO services Handling complex issues in the Schedules and Publications. Migration of BO content between environments using the Promotion Management Wizard and Upgrade Management Wizard Configuration of different kinds of BO Authentication, Windows-AD, LDAP, SSO Handling performance issues in the reports Handling database issues and coordinating with Database experts to check issues on the CMS DB level Thanks & Regards Harsh Tiwari.
