OIL & GAS Experience Mandatory Scope of work Architect to drive the Release 4 Downstream Discovery for SAP Experience in executing a Discovery phase driving scope confirmation, product readiness, deployment approaches and high-level timelines Experience & Knowledge in participating in various phases of SAP Activate (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run) for S/4HANA transformation project demonstrating expertise/knowledge in Oil & Gas value chain (Upstream, Midstream and Downstream) Ability to work effectively with SI, in a collaborative manner partnering in leading Discovery. Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile execution Experience in planning and execution of Fit to Standard Workshops - SAP Design Success Role Driving Fit to Standard workshop producing backlog fits & gaps, Key design decisions and Business process design documents. Provide SAP point of view on design recommendations aligning to SAP Best Practices Conduct Design validation ensuring detail design and build align to the aligned output of fit-to-standard workshops and customer requirements Engage SAP product teams on future feature/industry standard needs and align the customers design to future SAP roadmap Assessing SAP product readiness to meet customer needs Skills in analyzing pain points provided by the customer and assisting the team/scrum to produce solution scenarios to be shared with the customer.
