| Role: WMoS Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Duration : 6-12months JD: Experience: 10+ years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Onsite Manhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management Open Systems) Consultant to join our team. As an Onsite WMOS Consultant, you will work directly with our clients, providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Manhattan WMOS software suite. Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse management requirements and configure the Manhattan WMOS software to meet their specific needs. Lead or assist in the implementation process, including system setup, testing, data migration, and go-live activities. System Customization: Customize the Manhattan WMOS solution by leveraging your expertise in system configuration, integration, and scripting. Develop and modify application modules, workflows, and user interfaces to align with client requirements. Support and Issue Resolution: Provide onsite support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Manhattan WMOS system. Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to address system bugs, performance bottlenecks, and operational challenges. Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the Manhattan WMOS system. Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and system configuration documentation. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in warehouse management systems and related technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and enhanced functionality within the Manhattan WMOS environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Manhattan WMOS in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management concepts, processes, and best practices. Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and integration within the Manhattan WMOS platform. Solid understanding of supply chain management and logistics operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel to client sites as required (if applicable).
