The Power BI Analyst will work closely with key stakeholders among the Business and Analytics Center of Excellence to define and deliver data visualizations as well as other analytics solutions. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Assist in Maintaining Operations Work Backlog: Manage and prioritize tasks and projects within the operations work backlog. Develop Power BI Reports: Design and create Power BI reports, transforming raw data into actionable insights. Collaborate with Business Leaders: Work with business leaders to identify and define opportunities for the application of data analytics to improve decision-making processes. Document Business Requirements: Participate in interviews, workshops, and use case outlines to document requirements, dependencies, and track progress. Liaise between Development Team and Stakeholders: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and business stakeholders. Assist in Leadership Communication: Support leadership by preparing and presenting progress reports, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management when necessary. Education and Experience: Excellent oral and written communication abilities, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.). 10+ years experience in Analytics/Data Visualization ,designing dashboard wireframes and defining requirements, considering both technical and visual design aspects. Experience building reports with Microsoft PowerBI Ability to lead client meetings and workshops to comprehend and define processes and needs. Familiarity with agile project management tools, such as Azure DevOps Boards. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business, etc.).
