Role: Business Analyst with Supply Chain C2C Remote Key Responsibilities: Summary Responsibilities All Areas Work closely with PCS IT leadership to provide business requirements and operationalization support for: Key operational and/or commercial improvement projects involving ERP or integrated system development. Required legacy ERP (A+) enhancements. Solicit, analyze, and document business process activities and business requirements. Develop and document functional requirements for business solutions. Create and execute test scripts, capture defects, verify fixes and report updates. Support functional, end-to-end, regression, and smoke testing. Troubleshoot issues, identify problems, and develop practical solutions. Support change management processes Draft required updates to SOPs and develop training materials. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Ability to think strategically about business strategies, process, and priorities. Experience transforming underlying data into functional data sets in order to generate meaningful insights. Previous experience accessing, manipulating, and interpreting data to inform decision-making. Advanced skills in data visualization and analysis tools experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred. Working with large, multi-dimensional data sets to uncover meaningful insights. Must be able to work effectively / multi-task as a member of a Team and in a fast-paced environment. Advanced knowledge and experience IT systems including Excel, Cognos/EDW, Infor A+ ERP, DAX, SQL, DBU and other data management tool sets Excellent analytical and teamwork skills, ability to organize and analyze large sets of data into meaningful and concise reports and propose solutions to management.
