Job Description

Locations- Tampa, Fl, Dallas, and Atlanta

2 days a week in office so has to be local or relocate

Looking for a

Technical Data Architect with strong Cassandra

 (Professional) with

10+ years of experien

ce who is responsible for reviewing and managing business requirements, compiling story points and use cases, identifying PoC(s) to be performed, and finalizing the technology stack. This role is also responsible for upholding Prodapt's winning values and working in a way that contributes to the company's vision.

System Requirements Management:

Review of business requirements

Mapping/preparation of functional requirements/system specification based on business requirements

Providing inputs to UI/UX teams and review of wireframe

Preparation of use cases/story points

Review of acceptance test criteria

Cascading the functional requirements to development and testing teams

Architectural Thinking/Architecture Principles:

Defining architecture or changes to architecture to support business decisions

Suggesting industry best solutions for the customer to achieve their business goals

Having a solid understanding of various architectures, design patterns, tools, and best practices, evaluating, and recommending tools

Providing proactive solutions to customers

Creating insights from projects executed

Selection of front-end, back-end, and DB technologies

Selection of DevOps tools

Identifying the PoCs to be done

Verifying/fine-tuning PoC results

Participating in architecture review

Architectural Design Knowledge/Thinking:

Breaking down high-level requirements to various modules/sub-systems

Preparation, review, and sign-off of high-level design with all stakeholders

Conducting review of low-level design and getting customer sign-off, including DB design, archive, and restore strategy

Providing alternate designs wherever required and necessary

Identifying and documenting interface design and sign-off from all required parties

Ensuring requirements traceability

Demonstrating design is in line with the architectural guidelines outlined for the program

Architecture Evaluation & Analysis:

Performing coding/development and self-review for assigned development tasks

Peer code review

Identifying technical/functional debt and assessing impact to the program

Implementation of unit testing/integration testing frameworks

Performing integration activities as assigned

Reviewing implementation against agreed design methodology and architecture guidelines

Performing performance fine-tuning

Client Focus/Communication Skills:

Understanding upcoming changes in the competition/customer needs and modifying products or processes to stay ahead of the market

Recommending or customizing products, services, or solutions that address the customer's real needs

Helping customers select the approach/solution even if it is different than what they are looking for

Utilizing customer feedback to improve existing services/products

Thinking of new ways to align offerings with future customer needs

Problem Management:

Using varying problem-solving approaches and techniques as appropriate

Developing successful resolutions to critical or wide-impact problems

Organizing potential problem solvers and leading problem resolution efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (in any field)

MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science

Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects.

Technical knowledge (Technical Architecture, Architecture Design, Software Development, Systems Analysis, and Design)
