Job Description: Job Title: Program Manager Location: Remote Duration : 12 Months Contract Candidate must be located in Canada We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving multiple initiatives within our organization. You will collaborate with business owners, product leaders, technology teams, and infrastructure and security teams to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a broad understanding of various technologies. Key Responsibilities: Track and manage multiple initiatives, considering interdependencies and providing realistic timelines for achieving organizational goals Engage with business owners, product leaders, technology teams, and infrastructure and security teams to understand and communicate requirements and progress Utilize effective communication strategies to maintain scope, change control, and provide regular updates on progress, issues, risks, and changes to stakeholders Utilize tools to track and report on program status and accurately assess progress Demonstrate effective people management skills, taking a Servant-Leadership approach to enable others to be successful in achieving program goals Understand Agile principles and Scrum team practices to effectively work with technology teams and distribute work among multiple initiatives Apply knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to scope and plan initiatives, adapting to a Scrum practice for effective sprint-level planning Drive the success of initiatives by engaging in key activities such as business engagement, requirements definition, risk assessment and management, change management, resource planning, timeline management, testing, and implementation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
