Experience designing and implementing high availability / elastic architecture and infrastructure supporting efficient availability across geographies Experience operating a high-scale 7x24 customer environment supporting device and platform operations. Experience with Agile IT Service Management implementations supporting automation detection and mitigation of operational events including ability to add/subtract environment capacity, detect and respond to component and system impacts.
