You will collaborate with various platform teams, review processes across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and make recommendations to enhance their architecture, design, containerization, security, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), logging, and monitoring practices. Key Responsibilities: Architecture Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing technology architecture. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Define architectural principles, standards, and guidelines. Modernization Strategy: Develop a modernization strategy and roadmap for technology stack. Propose innovative solutions and technologies to drive efficiency and agility. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with platform teams, software developers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges. Provide guidance and recommendations to ensure alignment with the overall architecture strategy. SDLC Process Improvement: Review and optimize processes across the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Implement best practices for efficient and effective software development. Containerization and Cloud Adoption: Evaluate containerization and cloud adoption strategies. Recommend container orchestration platforms and cloud providers. Security Review: Assess the security posture of the existing architecture. Provide security recommendations and best practices for data protection and compliance. DevSecOps and Observability: Evaluate their existing processes and tooling for Observability and provide recommendations for improvements. Evaluate their performance and Chaos engineering practices and provide necessary recommendations Qualifications: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in a large-scale organization. Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and best practices. Expertise in software development, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Deep understanding of security principles and practices. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Familiarity with modern logging and monitoring solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
