Experience with Salesforce.com development tools 3. great team experience Required Skills/Experience : ( must have to be considered ) Past Healthcare background ( recent is the best ) Hands-on knowledge of Vlocity OmniScript, Vlocity DataRaptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, and Lightning Web components Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, Must be able to communicate business solutions to management for review and approval both verbally and in writing. Experience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques such as Apex, custom development, triggers, JavaScript, APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, and SOSL. Working knowledge with Agile work management software tools such as Jira. Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast paced environment with continuous changing priorities and tight timeframes, Ability to think logically in solving assigned problems and to present recommendations or innovative solutions with clarity in written and graphic form. Day to day Responsibilities Walk me through the day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD): Partners with the Business stakeholders and Product team in an Agile context to capture the business problem, current state, desired future state, objectives, business needs and impacted user groups. Familiar with the Agile development lifecycle and can participate in the various Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-up, Backlog Grooming (Refinement), Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. Ensures change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team as they relate to requirements. Participate and contribute in the entire implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing applications. Provide input on the overall solution design. Build/Test applications. (Primary work) Conduct root cause analysis and implement basic performance tuning. Responsible for ensuring solution meets business needs.
