Job description: Technical Project Manager to oversee and successfully manage various projects simultaneously through implementation. Responsibilities will include acting as Project Manager for assigned IT Projects; developing Requirements documents for existing and proposed systems; and conducting Market Research for potential projects. Required Technical Skills & Hands-on experienced: Minimum Skill Set At least 15 years of prior project/program management experience at least 5 of which includes experience managing multiple IT initiatives simultaneously Prior experience with large scale projects updating or replacing IT Systems serving more than 1,000 users Knowledge of software and implementation methodologies Prior experience with management of IT budget and scope management Prior experience in managing contracts greater than $5M. Project Management Institute Project Management Professional or other industry recognized Project Management certification. Excellent oral and written communication skills as evidenced by prior experience in the development or reports or presentations to Executive Leadership Experience managing diverse teams and stakeholders Experience with government, health and human services programs, organizations, and information systems Knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems Knowledge of Case Management systems Prior experience with organizational change management Education Required : BS or BA degree (in a technical field is a plus), Master's degree preferred. |
