Please share suitable profile Title : Sr Wireless Network Engineer Location: Three locations : Alexandria, VA, Downtown, DC and New Carolyton MD, Duration: 6+ MONTHS, Hybrid 2 or 3 days Exp: 12+ years of total experience Cisco certified preferred highly Ask: can they design then roll-out Secure wireless networks as would be required in this role. This position requires the design of effective and efficient, high throughput, wireless systems in challenging outdoor and indoor environments. Minimum Qualifications Recent verifiable experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Wireless systems utilizing a Cisco wireless technology for transit industry customers, along with the following minimum position requirements: 10 years of wireless design experience with no less than 5 years designing 802.11networks Knowledge of radio frequency theory Understanding of wave propagation Knowledge of antenna theory Experience with and ability to use Propagation analysis software Experience with and ability to use spectrum analyzers and 802.11 analyzers Required 10 Designing and implementing large scale fault-tolerant Wireless network systems for both industrial outdoor and indoor wireless systems requiring rob Required 10 Knoweldge of Cisco wireless controllers and management platforms:- 5500, 8500 and 9800 controllers Required 10 Proficiency using Prime and DNA center management platforms Required 10 Knowledge of Radio frequency design, troubleshooting and tools:- 2.Ghz, 5Ghz, 6Ghz, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax protocols, Ekahau Required 10 Knowledge of Wireless security standards and configurations- WPA2/3, EAP, AAA, 802.1X Required 10 Proficiency in Networking engineering- understanding of switching and routing, QoS Required 10 Cisco Cellular wireless routers:- 1100 and 800 platforms required 10 REGARD Lovely Singh Keywords: Maryland Virginia |
