The person will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive Oracle EPM and PPM (TBD) solutions to meet BSCs financial and planning needs. This professional is responsible for understanding business requirements, architecting solutions, and providing technical guidance throughout the implementation process. Responsibilities Include: Collaborate with R&D PMO, R&D Finance and Corp Finance teams and business stakeholders to gather and Analyze requirements related to financial planning, analysis, reporting, and project portfolio management. Designing and implementing new systems, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems. Translate verbal requirements gathered in customer meetings into requirements documents, statements of work, and proposals. Develop high-level and detailed solution designs that align with the organization's financial and project management objectives. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the proposed solutions. Integrate new EPM and PPM systems with other enterprise systems such as SAP, Kronos, JIRA, Tableau, SuccessFactors etc. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a proven track record of leading complex Enterprise IT projects, with particular focus on EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and PPM (Project portfolio management). Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field required. 10+ years of combined IT Analyst, Developer, Tech Lead, or Architect experience. Proven ability to stay aware of current trends and technical advancements and share learnings. Experience working in large and complex enterprise project environments. Experience with Agile delivery practices, preferably in a lead role. Proven leadership in partnering with external vendors and business partners on projects. Ability to lead on-shore/off-shore teams in multiple cross-functional initiatives toward goals. Mentors team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications. Experience in designing and developing solutions using the Oracle EPM suite of products including Oracle EPM cloud Data Management, Planning (EPBCS), Consolidation (FCCS) applications. Have a good understanding of EPM Application end to end workflow, batch schedules, data and metadata management, metadata loads, EPM Automate, Security, data transformations to Inbound and Outbound (Upstream and Downstream) systems. Should be able to bring automation and new ideas and propose transformative solutions in the EPM and PPM environments. Architect with deep knowledge of PPM (Planisware and Planview) and project management methodology, to lead the transformation of our PPM process.
