From the IT point of view new Server rooms are getting established, cabling will get done, Network, and so on. Now there is just a small number of employees there, because Customer is hiring a completely new local IT Infrastructure / Digital Workplace Support team. The local IT Manager has joined just recently. So, the PM would help to ensure that the IT parts of the Building Project would be delivered on time and work with the local IT Team to get the defined Services ready.
