Enterprise DB is looking to bring on an UltiPro Admin to replace a former employee. This contractor will need to know UltiPro like the back of their hand because theyll be the only internal employee responsible for UltiPro from a systems perspective. Theyll work closely with Rebecca and Haley who use it for HR but neither of them have a systems background. Previous experience with the following is required: Onboarding and off boarding employees in UltiPro. Data entry, data management and manipulation in UltiPro. Looking at data in UltiPro with a critical eye and being creative in finding solutions. Reporting in UltiPro Back end of the Performance review section of UltiPro (they use that a lot) Back end of Open Enrollment in UltiPro. User Support in UltiPro- someone who is comfortable with employees coming up to them with requests and will put on their video and walk employees through issues in UltiPro.
