Overview: As a Business Analyst, you are responsible to support CX Product Managers on multiple medium to high complexity programs that enables both immediate operational needs and long-term priorities like defining and updating new Cisco offerings to sell solution and services to all routes to market. This support includes understanding the offer, validating the policy, aligning with the process, defining the business requirements, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders. The current role is primarily focused on post-sales transactional processes in Installed Base, Service Contracts & Support Services Entitlement. The role requires cross-functional understanding of project/program objectives and Agile methodologies. Required Skills: Prior Cisco experience in Cisco Commerce Transaction flow, Current Cisco Offers, SW Subscriptions, Product understanding in Egenie. Prior Cisco experience in Install Base, Service Contracts, & Support Services Entitlement Comprehensive understanding of business analysis in technology environment Ability to operate in an Agile environment and tools (JIRA) Prepare business requirements including user requirements, user stories, process flow diagrams, etc. Requirements management and communication Requirements analysis Prior experience with handling large volume of data and modelling business value case Very strong attention to detail and analytical ability Excellent written and verbal skills Passion for problem solving.
