Role: Sr. Java developer with Azure Location: Bentonville, AR (Onsite) Contract with Cognizant Job Description: Must Haves: Microservices using Java Springboot, Spring JPA & APIs. SQL knowledge (SQL Server, MS SQL) Cloud platform knowledge (Azure or GCP) Develop microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring JPA & Hibernate APIs in a Distributed Computing environment. Solve complex business and technical problems using Object Oriented and Functional programming concepts in Java. Participate in full software development lifecycle, from designing, developing, and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems. Write clean, well designed, and testable code using the needed design patterns and industry best practices. Create Unit and Integration Tests. Deploy the applications in both Cloud and On-Prem environments using CI/CD Pipeline.
