Product Owner w/ Service Now Location: Alpharetta, GA Hybrid 3 days a week onsite Duration: 6+ months MOI: Skype Job description: We are seeking an CMDB & Discovery Product Owner who will be responsible for defining, maintaining and executing strategic roadmaps for the CMDB and discovery products and capabilities within the Brokerage technology environment. The responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, designing processes, implementation, communication, adoption execution and continual improvement of CMDB and IT Hardware Asset Management related processes. This product owner will apply deep industry knowledge and proven expertise in CMDB and discovery implementations and improvements to ensure successful product adoption using agile methodologies. It is a high-visibility position, with regular engagement with leadership team and Senior Management. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering, mathematics, computer science) 15+ years of IT Asset Management industry experience, preferably with 5 years' experience in designing/managing Service Now ITAM/ITOM products including IT asset and configuration management, solution and implementation Experience implementing CMDB and discovery in complex network environments 5+ years of IT product management experience 5+ years in IT, with proven experience in IT Services Management/ IT Project & BAU management. Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change mgt, etc) Capacity to manage stakeholders across different levels in complex Business & IT environments. Knowledge of and ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications. Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multiple teams and facilitating brainstorming sessions to arrive at a solution Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap. Technical aptitude to self-validate solution approaches, assess initial feasibility, and drive discussions with solution architects and design engineers Proficiency with cloud, on prem and end user IT asset management practices and procedures Service management concepts and ITIL standards with hands-on experience in the design, build test and implementation w/ ServiceNow ITAM enterprise solutions (SAMPro and HAMPro) Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management ServiceNow Fundamentals, CSDM 4.0 , ITSM/ITOM certifications (preferred) Bachelor's Degree Preferred Regards, Saloni Chaurasia { Technical Recruiter } TEK Inspirations LLC Pvt.
