Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team in the healthcare domain. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences for our clients digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to design and enhance user interfaces that meet the needs of our healthcare payor customers. User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of healthcare payor customers. Synthesize research findings and translate them into actionable design solutions. 2. Interaction Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Ensure seamless navigation and interaction flow across different digital platforms. 3. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather valuable feedback. Iterate designs based on user testing results and feedback from stakeholders. 4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. 5. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital products. 6. Accessibility: Advocate for and implement accessible design principles, ensuring our digital products are inclusive and usable by all users, regardless of abilities. 7. Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools to demonstrate and validate design concepts effectively. 8. Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX design and apply them to enhance the user experience of our digital products. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. - 8+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the healthcare domain. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work for web and mobile applications. - Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations related to payor services is a plus. - Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements. - Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
