Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to define content strategies that support the overall user experience and business goals. Conduct and participate in user research to understand user needs, pain points, and language preferences. Use research findings to inform content decisions and improve the user experience. Work closely with UX designers to integrate content seamlessly with the overall design and user interface. Required Skills Set 5 years of experience writing digital UX/UI copy. Experience for retail/ e-commerce orgs. Experience in writing user-centred messaging which is uniform and consistent throughout channels. Experience with ADA guidelines and their impact on content strategy Experience taking editorial brand guidelines and extending them to digital standards. Exceptional written English communication skills. Experience with collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, etc. Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Confluence and JIRA would be an advantage.
