Job Title: Microsoft BI Developer Location: Charlotte, NC, Day 1 Onsite on Hybrid 12 Months Overview: Microsoft BI Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The Microsoft BI Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Microsoft BI technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective BI solutions that align with the organization's goals. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft BI technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting and analytics requirements. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to extract and transform data for reporting and analytics purposes. Create and maintain data models, data visualizations, and reports using tools like Power BI. Work closely with data architects and database administrators to ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of BI solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the BI team and other stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and reporting. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft BI technologies, including SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS. Proficient in SQL programming and optimization, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes. Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Power BI. Familiarity with data integration, data governance, and data quality best practices. Effective communication and collaboration abilities, working well in a team-oriented environment.
