From: Nitu, RCI [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title : UX Designer Location : Remote Duration : 12+ Month Assesses and understands business requirements for proposed solutions and designs the overall functionality and flow through wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. Conducts user research and interviews to design elegant solutions and translates those requirements effectively and efficiently to development teams. Makes strategic design and user-experience decisions related to new features and enhancements, with a focus on mobile-first and responsive design. Duties: Help identifyusers underlying emotional and functional needsand design intuitive interactions. Consult with internal teams, users, and customers to understand their goals. Conduct usability testing. Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows with a consideration for mobile and responsive design. Create detailed product prototypes, with a passion for resolving user pain points through great design. Develop personas and usage scenarios. Analyze user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the user experience. Conduct competitor and customer analysis to identify trends and ideas for enhancements. Work with the development teams to clarify and refine requirements & review the final product Work closely with team members to understand and document business and/or technical requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. Responsibilities may also include participation in component design, product evaluation, and usability recommendations. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others, report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately. Requirements: Undergraduate Degree in Visual Design, Computer Science, or related field; 5+ years of visual design experience; Expertise of design tools such as Axure, Figma, Photoshop, etc; Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skill; Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies; Ability to work as a project team member as well as a resource to lead and guide requirements gathering, focus group discussions, etc; Strong problem solving skills; Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to |
