Work with business users and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and design SSIS solutions to meet those needs. Develop and implement data quality and validation checks within SSIS packages. Test and debug SSIS packages to ensure accuracy and performance. Deploy and monitor SSIS packages in production environments. Optimize SSIS packages for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SSIS packages. Document SSIS packages and associated processes. Keep up-to-date with the latest SSIS features and best practices. Developing and maintaining data warehouses and data marts. Creating and deploying reports using SSRS. Working with other BI technologies such as SSAS and MDX. Providing technical support and training to other users. Education Engineering Degree - BE/BTech/MTech/BCA/MCA/BSc (IT/CS) Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable Mandatory Skills Candidate should have experience with Microsoft SQL databases, SSIS / SSRS development. Demonstrated Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above including managing databases and the use of Microsoft SSMS Must have experience with handling XML data using SSIS, XML to DB load, searching data in big XML, from DB to XML. Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft SSIS to create and deploy packages and deploy for ETL processes. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SSRS for creating and publishing reports. Demonstrated experience around writing and troubleshooting T-SQL statements, creating stored procedures, views, and SQL functions. Must be very good in SQL, Performance Tuning Understands different data models like normalized, de-normalized, stars, and snowflake models. 2+ years of experience with data analytics and development. SSRS report development / deployment. Strong SQL coding experience with performance optimization experience for data queries. Need to understand and be able to interpret data. Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast paced, rapidly changing and complex environment Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new skills quickly to make a measurable difference Preferred: Experience creating and support OLAP / SSAS Cubes.
